An independent strategist for organizations that refuse to drift.
I am an independent strategist and the founder of Apex Digital Suite — a practice built for the small number of organizations that treat digital strategy as architecture rather than ornament. Over twenty-five years I have worked inside the rooms where scale is decided: as a founder who learned the discipline the hard way, as an engagement manager inside a top-tier consultancy, and as head of corporate strategy for a public industrial group before establishing this practice in 2014.
My consulting philosophy is straightforward and unfashionable: strategy is engineered structure, not opinion. Before recommending anything, I map the load-bearing logic of an organization — the assumptions, incentives, and constraints that determine what is structurally possible. Every recommendation is built to bear weight, with decision rights, cadence, and ownership specified rather than implied. The measure of a good engagement is an institution that no longer needs the consultant.
I am committed to high-end digital strategy in the literal sense — work that is high-stakes, high-craft, and held to a standard few firms will sign their names to. I lead every engagement personally: no junior team learning on your dime, no deck built to justify a pre-written answer, and no scope I would not defend in the room myself. The result is digital strategy with the conviction and precision of engineering, not the volume of a vendor.

Strategy as engineered structure, not opinion.
Diagnose the load-bearing logic

Engineer, don't decorate

Leave it standing without me
The measure of a good engagement is an organization that no longer needs the consultant. I design my own exit on day one.

To give a small number of serious organizations the structural clarity to make decisions their competitors cannot — and to do it honestly enough that they outgrow me.
